Katie's eyes continued scanning through the crowd until they found two people. One was the Cupid Shooter, Frank Silver… and the other was her best friend, Sandra Alistair.
The three of them locked eyes only for a second but Katie's plea for their help had made it through.

The timing of the arrows was completely random as though there was a third archer. But there was a high chance all four arrows had been fired from the same bow or even two.
Katie didn't have time to figure it out. The first volley had done well as a distraction.
