Personally, the greatest loss to me was the loss of a dear friend.
Ronnie Grump, my illuminati friend, from since I was a teenager was killed by the cyclop slavemasters. He activated the Ragusa mothership without contemplating the consequences, releasing the cyclops slavemasters who were suspended in animation.
The cyclops killed Ronnie Grump upon their awakening.
