Suddenly, Chash's soul was ripped out from his body and was sucked into my Cruet of Sacrifice.
"What just happened?" Eirot asked me.
"Chash just passed his trials", I told her.
There was no way that anyone could leave this whirlpool of needlefish because this wasn't our trial. This was actually Chash's trial and the only way to leave the place was by leaving his body behind.
And we gave him the way to do that, with the Cruet of Sacrifice.
"He killed himself to be free. We from the Illuminati understand that our freedom means everything to us", Ronnie said to us and talked about his faction.
This was the first time that Ronnie talked about the Illuminati, the faction that he belonged to which was the opposite of my previous life's faction, the United Earth Alliance.
