"You are better than the damned lions", Eirot shouted to me to encourage me.
Eirot's encouragement returned some fighting spirit to me after being wounded and chased by the Soul Lions.
"I will not let you down", I replied to her.
"There must be something about these bloody lions? A pattern perhaps", I asked myself.

Another lion rushed at me again but this time I evaded it, and when the next lion came, I evaded the next lion. Although the conjured lions were powerful and relentless, there was a pattern to their movements.
They may be powerful, but they weren't real lions.
They may look fierce and ferocious on the outside and may even display some independent movements and actions but deep inside, they weren't living beings but lions that were conjured by magic.
The lions lacked the instincts of a real lion. They lacked real souls.
