I couldn't believe what I saw. My fight with Mr Johnson had turned him. He wasn't even normal. His eyes were wild. I had to come clean and tell Alex what I had done.
The situation made me realise the valid points that the werewolves raised during the meeting. Truly there was the need to isolate the spirit wolves from others since they could turn humans into Apex werewolves. As an alpha, I had created an apex werewolf. Untamed, they were vicious and deadly. Unlike werewolves, they were a hunter's nightmare because they were hard to kill.
Alex rushed into the apartment. Nicole and Nicolas were with their grandmother so I was all by myself.
From the look on his face, I knew he could feel my anguish.
" Baby, what's the matter?" he asked as he gently sat next to me to hold me.
" Don't pretend like it is nothing because I can feel it." He said and kissed my forehead.
"It's all my fault." I cried onto his shoulder.
