Gathered at dawn in one of the open ground training areas, Caleb was surrounded by his temporary students. The third day of their training had now just begun.
"You may all sit down, for the next few minutes I want to go through some details with you all so do be attentive ". Caleb announced to the amateurs gathered.
Malin crouched and took a cross legged sitting stance on the slightly cold ground to his senior Caleb's instruction.
"Once again, I will reiterate the essence levels, it begins with grey then red where you're all at, it proceeds to orange-yellow-green-blue and violet, but chances are you all will not come across blue or violet or pray to at least not to come across them." Caleb glared with seriousness to everyone emphasizing his last point.
Allowing his words to sink in he continued "My job is not to teach but give you all the most basic of knowledge and exercises. You are all meant to go out search for your own answers, grow your own power and discover the secrets to strength on your own. Some of you will be stuck at this level till age takes its course, most of you will stop between orange and yellow, the cream of the crop among you will perhaps reach green if fortune and luck sings to your tune. It would be a miracle of the age for anyone here to reach blue…I included."
"Nothing is free even in the organisation, you work for your dues and as it is you all have started with a debt to the organisation which will be paid by your service, do not go to the libraries to seek strength we are not mages nor sorcerers but to learn about your potential enemies and friends. When you do find your strength keep it to yourself because its yours and no one else only trade it for more strength because strength is the one thing that will never lose value so value it , you want strength then outside is a knights paradise , a knights progression to power is the most difficult but between beasts , mages , sorcerers , demons and whatever you name it , at the same level we knights are a force to be reckoned with but do not get conceited we still die and lose battles but we take pride in pursuit of strength ." Caleb paused looking at the youths staring at him attentively and nodding appeased by their maturity. He continues
" You all can study about mages , sorcerers , the Holy Empire and fundamental basics to know in the library, theres a section already prepared and you will all have to do this at your free time but pay attention to what is out there in the world especially before your missions and all but keep in mind not all knowledge is here and some is not given for various purposes so be contingent in whatever you do. For the rest of the training duration till you are all sent on your trial missions will focus on battle both group and solo and allow you all to have a grasp of your powers, secondly never disclose your abilities even amongst friends or family be vague or just the name of your ability if necessary but never under any circumstance should you disclose incase of the public just display your auras that should be explanation enough to anyone asking , GOT IT!!"
"GOT ITTT!!!" Malin and all responded to Caleb
"Good , we will begin with stamina training, Lets Go " Caleb instructed .
On one of the terraces on a building that overlooked the whole complex , three individuals stared in the direction where the new prospects to the organisation were at the moment being instructed by Caleb .
Standing in the middle of three , a man of slim nature but one could easily notice the under tone muscles that defined his very being with extreme calmness. Knowing no one would be listening to their conversation or would dare to, he proceeded after glancing to his sides to whom he considered his peers and partners.
"This time around we seem to have a larger sum of prospects to the Company"

''Perhaps but the requirements are stringent that they still have to first complete before being truly welcomed in our numbers , you know that Titus " the lady to his left responded to him not batting an eye from the fields
"You don't have to remind me Thelsa , the times fast approaching will test us all and we need numbers in the Dark knights Company or we might be stretched out too thin " Titus rebuttled staring at her from the corner of his eyes .
"Quality over quantity Titus , trust in strength is our way . We only succeed through successes , it might be cruel that we will lose some to most of the already few prospects but it's the price we pay to nurture our strength and at the moment most groups and powerful individuals are preparing to make their moves and we cannot afford to delay . You and Thelsa need to head out and set up points and arrange the rest so we can gain an advantage in the near future and I will remain and overlook the running of the Company , hopefully we get a few strong brothers and sisters from this bunch for wha'ts coming in a few years . We need to be as strong as we can and make our mark ."
The man on the left of Titus chimed in while his eyes remained closed during the whole ordeal
''MMMmmphhhhh'' Titus exhaled heavily "Fine Abel is right , Thelsa we leave tomorrow and Abel try to leave atleast a handful of the prospects alive , we still need need more than zero of them to work with .."
