After two years
Two years passed, and Luna became an integral part of Avon's life.
She took care of Avon's every need, teaching her new skills and playing games with her.
Meanwhile, Dora and Allen worked tirelessly at the beauty shop, but despite their best efforts, sales remained low.
They struggled to make ends meet, and the shop became a source of stress and anxiety.
The sales were too low and they weren't sure if they could still afford supporting the shop, the house and paying Luna for taking care of Avon.
Allen and Dora walked into their living room, exhausted from another long day at the beauty shop.
They collapsed onto the couch, letting out a deep sigh.
"We need to do something to improve our products," Allen said, rubbing her temples.
Dora nodded in agreement. "I know. But what? We've tried every recipe, every ingredient... nothing seems to be working."
Allen's eyes lit up with determination. "We need to think outside the box. What if we combined our knowledge of natural ingredients with... something else?"
Dora raised an eyebrow. "What did you have in mind?"
Allen's smile grew wider. "I'm not sure yet, but I have a feeling that we're on the verge of something big."
As they brainstormed, Luna walked into the room with Avon, who was busy playing with her toys.
As Avon played with her toys, Mr. Whiskers sauntered into the room, rubbing against Avon's leg. Avon squealed with delight, picking up Mr. Whiskers and showering him with affection.
Meanwhile, Allen and Dora continued brainstorming, tossing around ideas for their beauty products.
Dora's eyes suddenly lit up as she remembered something.
"I've got it!" Dora exclaimed. "Remember when Avon's blood healed Mr. Whiskers' sickness?"
Allen's eyes widened. "How could I forget? But what does that have to do with our beauty products?"
Dora's smile grew wider. "Think about it. Avon's blood has healing properties. What if we could harness that power and create products that promote healing and rejuvenation?"
Allen's face lit up with excitement. "That's genius, Dora! We could create a whole line of products based on Avon's healing blood….but…"
Allen's eyes sparkled with excitement. "I love the idea, Dora! But we need to think about how we're going to get Avon's blood. We can't just take it from her without her knowledge or consent."
Dora's expression turned serious. "I know. I've been thinking about that too. Maybe we can tell her it's for a special science project or something?"
Allen raised an eyebrow. "Do you think she'll buy that? And even if she does, is it right to deceive her?"
Dora sighed. "I don't know. But I do know that this could be our only chance to save the beauty shop. And think about all the people we could help with Avon's healing blood."
Allen got up. " I will think about it.." she went to her room first and thought about it.
Later on, Avon walked into her room, looking for her favorite toy.
But instead, she found Allen sitting on her bed, lost in thought.
"Mom, what's wrong?" Avon asked, climbing onto the bed beside Allen.
Allen quickly composed herself, trying to hide her concerns. "Oh, nothing, sweetie. I was just... thinking about a new recipe for the beauty shop."
Avon's eyes narrowed. "You're not telling the truth, Mom. You're thinking about something else.
Allen forced a reassuring smile. "Sweetie, I was just thinking about your health. You know how sometimes we have to go to the doctor for check-ups?"
Avon nodded, her eyes wide with curiosity.
"Well, I think it's time for us to do some blood tests, just to make sure everything is okay," Allen said, trying to sound as convincing as possible.
Avon's face scrunched up in concern. "Is everything okay, Mom?"
Allen nodded hastily. "Yes, everything is fine. This is just a precaution. We'll take a little bit of your blood, and then we'll know for sure that you're healthy and strong."
Avon looked uncertain, but eventually nodded. "Okay, Mom."
Allen smiled and held Avon's shoulders. She want sure if this decision was good for just a six years child.
Here's the continuation:
# A Delicate Promise
Avon looked up at Allen with hopeful eyes. "Mom, if I do the blood test, will I be able to go outside afterwards?"
Allen's heart skipped a beat. She hadn't thought about how to respond to this question.
"Sweetie, we'll... uh... we'll see," Allen stammered, trying to sound noncommittal.
Avon's face lit up with excitement. "Really? You'll let me go outside?"
Allen hesitated, not wanting to make a promise she couldn't keep. "Avon, honey, it's not that simple. We need to make sure it's safe for you to go outside."
Avon's face fell, but she still looked hopeful. "Okay, Mom. I'll do the blood test. Please can I go outside afterwards if it's safe?"
Allen felt a pang of guilt for raising Avon's hopes. She would never agree to let Avon go outside again.
" Okau sweetie, For now go to sleep !" Allen sent Avon to her bed and also slept off.
