There was nothing impossible in this world. Anything could happen. Each person's action resulting from their decision making could arise from several influential factors; status, position, problem, situation, condition, goal. Those things were the deciding factors people thought about before they acted.
Currently, Hendra was with Andos, Nana, and several of his staff. They were in the hospital, visiting some of the injured employees caused by the explosion on the D floor. Thankfully, there were not many of them, and the ones who were fine were already back to work.
Truthfully, the causality and material impact of the explosion itself were not that heavy. They could forget and repair the damage done if they wanted. However, every action came from a decision with various factors influencing it. And those factors were part of the motives behind. That was the real reason people act in the first place. Motives, which were the internal elements that build, direct, and integrate a person's behavior and actions, were needed to be explored more deeply so that there were no repeated mistakes.
Hendra understood that. The little society formed on the D floor was quite good. The position of each person was perfectly regulated with the agreed terms, adjusted accordingly to their talents and abilities. The problem overshadowed the D floor so far were not internal. It came from the outside.
The social situation, psychological, and physical condition were being carefully monitored. The employees worked on the D floor in a silent environment. Moreover, their private lives were kept secret, so they would still have a life outside of work. Regrettably, in a society with a good balance and equally good support system, there was still a problem. A betrayer?
What was their goal then?
Visiting each injured employee in the hospital, Hendra spent the majority of it in deep thought. Muling over his head for who the possible betrayer was. What was their motive?
At some point, as Andos and Nana were chatting while Hendra remained silent, sitting on the visitor's couch in one of the patient rooms. His mind drifted around. If he could not solve this problem as soon as possible, the employees on the D floor would start to be suspicious of each other. And that would destroy the good society they have built for years.
The easiest way was to blame someone and make them a scapegoat while he looked for the real perpetrator. However, that would destroy the chemistry of each individual on the D floor.
The other solution that occurred in Hendra's mind was to erase the existence of the D floor. The employees who work there would be treated like a regular employees of the Wenceslas Group. Except for some of the crucial units. The down side was Wenceslas Group would lose its backing power.
His mind was still buzzing when he got up and paced to the employee who was laying on the bed, "Who do you think caused it?"
The injured employee was shocked to be asked this at first. He hastily answered and Hendra hounded on him, asking him several other questions at the very least. He did that to every injured employee he visited.
On the way back to the office, Andos couldn't help the urge to question Hendra's action, "Why did you ask them? We have Vian to do that. You shouldn't bother yourself with this petty thing. I'm afraid that they'd be pressured and become guilty after this."
"Don't worry, I just want to hear directly from them. This way, I can be assured that the perpetrator was not the regular employee. The perp is one of the leaders on the D floor," Hendra explained, surprising his secretary who sat beside him on the back seat.
"What makes you say that?" Andos curiously asked.
"Do you remember that the CCTV couldn't be activated again because of the lost connection with the server? The server room was only known to those who could access the semi-circular room. And we both know the room itself is secured with fingerprint and eye scanner," Hendra looked at the rearview mirror, locking his gaze to Andos' who drove the car, "If you know what I mean, "
Eyes widened, Andos then smiled tightly at Hendra.
"Lead this investigation. I imagine Vian won't be of much use, as he was one of the victims," Hendra commanded.
"Understood," Andos eagerly obeyed.
Hearing all of that, the only woman inside the car shivered, the accompanying cold sweat started to form on her skin.

Aruna came out of Hendra's lawyer's office in a much better feeling. Relieved, mostly. This was the first time she visited an advocate office, especially a well-known one such as Fernando Caligis.
Stepping her foot there at first made her nervous. Surprisingly, she was treated well. More often than not, she usually forgot that she was the wife of such a respected and highly influential business figure, not a mere college student. She was so naïve to think that the good service she received in the advocate office was because the employees there were friendly and kindhearted people. Truthfully, she was the recipient of the VIP member only services.
Getting in the car, she threw a bright smile to Herry, greeting him back in a cheerful way. The exact opposite of how she started the day earlier in the morning.
"Where are we going now, My Lady?"
"Shopping."
"Shall we head to the mall or do you have some boutique in mind?"
Humming to herself, she actually didn't have any idea where she wanted to shop, "Do you know where Tania or that secretary Nana usually buy their branded clothes?"
Herry smiled at her question, "I haven't worked under the boss when he was still close to Tania, so I don't have a clue about that. And secretary Nana …" he faltered, careful with what he was going to say, "I don't know about that either. I'm sorry."
"Oh …"
_She took your clothes_
Herry grumbled in his heart. He would never tell that to the lady boss. That would only hurt her. So, as a consolation, "Don't feel down, My Lady, let's try to search on the internet."
That was not a bad idea.

[Good afternoon, my name is Nadia, calling on behalf of Mr. Fernando Caligis advocate team. May I talk to Mr. Mahendra regarding new information on the divorce case?]
"Hendra, you have a call from Fernando's office," Nana uttered, handing the work phone to the man who then hurried to take it.
The call brought good news. Fernando himself who received the news in the first place. Hendra sagged in relief on the back seat. Diverting his gaze to look outside the moving car's window, Hendra let out a serene smile.
It was good news indeed.
Not even two months after they reconcile again and live together, Aruna already gave him everything. Now, he wanted to do one more thing to make it perfect. He wanted to have a baby with her.
"Please take me to D*or or Chan*l's make up outlet," Hendra said after giving back the phone to his secretary.
"Do you want to buy something?" Nana carefully asked, she didn't want to sour his bright and joyous face now.
"Yes … oh, and will you help me pick some make up?"
"You want to buy it for me?" she cautiously asked again.
"If you want, you can pick something too," Hendra stated, which then became misinterpreted by Nana.

"Herry."
"Yes, My Lady?"
"Why are you taking me here?" Aruna warily looked at the many digits written on the price tag. They arrogantly hang by the clothes displayed in front of her. Swaying gently as she picked it up and quickly let it go.
"If you want to buy things you usually wear in the main house, then this is the place, My Lady" Herry assured.
Grimacing, Aruna tiptoed to Herry, whispering slowly, "I can buy a minibus for the price of four or five of these clothes. Let's just get out of here."
