Two hours after he called, Ileus, Selena, and Victor arrived at the palace.
They walked in, and the instant Layana sighted Ileus, she rushed towards him and jumped into his arms, hugging him tightly.
A grimace emerged on Ileus' face, and he groaned in annoyance. "Little pumpkin, I told you that I don't like hugs. Have you forgotten?"
He asked and immediately recalling that, Layana drew back from the hug and looked at him with a gloomy expression on her face.
"Uncle..." she called him.
"Yes." he answered with his eyes narrowed into a thin line.
"You haven't changed at all." She said to him, and he immediately arched his brow at her.
"What do you mean?" He inquired, and an even more unhappy expression emerged on her face.
"Even for me, you couldn't at least like hugs. I mean, even if you didn't like hugs, at least you would like mine. "
