"Throne... Why does he want the throne so much?" Quite curious, Adrik inquired, and Mirabel slightly shook her head at him. "I have no idea. I really can't tell why he won't let go of it. She placed her hand on his cheek and smiled lovingly at him. "Come, let's get you to the gate." She stood up and he followed after her, then unhurriedly they began to walk away to find the gate. Mirabel clasped his hand tightly and took a long, deep death.
It will definitely hurt her a lot when Adrik leaves, but it won't be comparable to the joy she will feel to see him back with his family and happy again. How much she wishes he would remember her when he goes back to earth. It would make her really happy.
