Really confused by all this, Victor moved to confront him, but Selena held him back and shook her head at him. "Don't." He looked down at her and his brows crumpled deeply. He shifted his gaze to Shawn, and his eyes narrowed deeply.
Selena turned to face her father, and her gray eyes gazed intently at him. "Where are they?" She questioned him, but Lerkhman ignored her and grabbed the cup of his tea to sip from it.
Her face twitched in anger, and she turned to face Ileus. She walked closer to him and stared into his eyes. "Where are they?" She inquired in a soft tone, and Ileus' eyes blinked as he looked down on her. "I don't know." He replied, and Selena angrily pushed him, causing him to stagger back. "Why are you like this, Ileus? What has he turned you into?" she questioned, and Lerkhman's face instantly dimmed.
