That day was just like any other mundane and tedious day. Although, unlike usual, my schedule was pretty much empty. As I was utterly bored, I decided to head to the library to kill some time.
As I made my way there, I noticed my grandfather rush out of his study in a hurry. It had been a while since I had seen him with such a grim expression.
"Where are you going, Emperor Emeritus?"
I asked, nonchalantly.
"Ah, Leonus. I am a bit occupied at the moment. We'll talk later, okay?"
Grandfather replied, walking with a sense of urgency.
"Are you going to hunt monsters?"
I inquired further.
"Something like that."
Grandfather replied in a cryptic manner.
