When I woke up, I prepared my belongings. I had to leave soon. I put on some clothes, and put a hooded tunic over it. I folded the right arm of the sleeve and began to pack my things. I carried some food in the pouch on my belt, carried a shield on my back if I ever needed one, and put the gifted axe from Astrid into my belt. Astrid entered my tent.
"You're leaving already? It's only just morning, maybe you can stay until afternoon?"
"I'm sorry Astrid, I can't stay. I'm leaving as soon as I have everything I need."
Astrid looked at me with sadness in her eyes, I couldn't understand why.
"Well, at least remember me. You can at least do that to repay me. Maybe we will meet in the future, or in Valhalla if Fate sees it.
I smiled at her, and put my hand on her cheek.
"I promise I'll remember you. I will tell stories of you and how you saved my life. Thank you Astrid."
Bjorn, accompanied by a tall man, with fur armor, and a scar over his eye.
I walked out of my tent, and walked towards Bjorn.
"I'm leaving Bjorn, thank you for allowing me to stay in your camp for a few days."
"You sure you're ok to travel, a few days doesn't seem like enough rest for what happened to you?" Bjorn said
"Don't worry about me, I heal fast. I hope to see you again someday, and by then I'll finally know who I truly am."
Bjorn patted my arm, and walked me to the entrance of the camp.
"Farewell, Ardent. May Odin and the gods smile on you."
I nodded, and said,
"And may the gods smile on you as well, friend."
Bjorn smiled, and walked away. I noticed Astrid looking at me, but I had to listen to Surtr. If it wasn't for him, or me you could say, I would've stayed. I walked out of the camp, and into the forest nearby.
