As Da-Eun woke up, she didn't see herself at a hospital, she saw herself at her room at her own home, the home where she and Nabi lived together. She thought, "Haa… I guess I am in heaven right now." She woke up from the bed slowly and thought, "Something feels weird…" She went and saw herself at the mirror and saw… that she doesn't have any scratch or didn't even feel any pain; she couldn't believe it so she pinched herself and it hurt. She mumbled to herself, "But… I am sure that I died. How… was it… just a dream? But… it was too real to be a dream. How… did I come back? Was… my prayer answered. I think… that… I shouldn't think this but… I think… that… this is a chance… for me… to change my fate."
Suddenly, Nabi came in and Da-Eun couldn't help but cry; Nabi got scared and asked what happened and Da-Eun said that she had a very bad nightmare. After she calmed down, she went to her work. And she saw that it was the day when she meets Yeo-Joon in the office and the day when she got hurt, suddenly a man was running and mistakenly pushed Da-Eun and ran without even looking back.
As Da-Eun getting up, she saw a hand reach out to her and she couldn't help herself again and began crying as soon as she saw his face. Joon got frustrated and didn't know what to do and carried her to her office. Joon started searching for the First-Aid Kit and Da-Eun had calmed down. When Joon found the box, he started treating her wounds and asked her softly, "Were you crying because it huts a lot?" She replied, "No, I was not crying because I fell." Joon asked softly again by being focused on cleaning the wound, "I know that I am being nosy but… can I ask why you were crying then?" Da-Eun said, "It's because of many reasons. My ex left me and told me not to remember anything and so I did, but… I cannot pretend that I didn't remember anything because I do. OH! I am so sorry for saying these things to you."
When Da-Eun said that she remembers everything, he flinched. He got confused and said, "Here, I am done with treating the injury." "Thank you." Said Da-Eun. "You… didn't introduce yourself yet." Said Da-Eun at a low voice. "Oh! My sincere apologies. I am Lee Yeo-Joon, I am hired as your secretary from today onwards. Nice to meet you!!" "I look forward to working with you." Da-Eun said with a smile. "Me too." Said Yeo-Joon with an even bigger smile and took out his hand to do handshake and so they did.
When Da-Eun came back home from work she called out for Nabi, and… she remembered… that today was her birthday. She turned on the lights and called for Nabi again, then Nabi suddenly jumped from under the table. They celebrated and while eating, Da-Eun told Nabi everything, about how she came from the future and what happened to her there. Da-Eun thought that Nabi would not believe her and that she would tease her but… Nabi stood up from her chair, went near Da-Eun and hugged her tightly and she began crying and said, "Don't ever think that I'll not trust you, I'll trust you till my death and even my spirit will trust you. I believe in whatever you say or do and will always do. *sniff* Urgh! I can't even imagine what you had to go through but… remember… I'll always stay here for you." By hearing these words from Nabi's mouth, Da-Eun cried, she felt warmth, and she was not scared anymore.
The next day came quickly.
