"Tasmadoor! what the hell is that?" Leo jumped up on his feet from his previous attack and moved as fast as he could with new found vigor. The Tasmadoor followed suit and snarled as it dashed towards the forest.
Leo looked towards his bleeding stomach, he could feel as if his skin was biting him but the sight of his slowly regenerating flesh startled him. Leo had never been the fighter type, he was more of a strategist but he had done a few boxing moves with Tyler coin his free time, not that he was expecting those shallow moves to help home out.
He quickly tried to conceal himself, hoping the beast would in a way just miss him but lady luck wasn't on his side. The senses of a natural beast were off the charts much less a monster on Karos.
The mutated Tasmadoor found him and chased him out of his hiding place. "Shit I need to think up something and fast" Leo performed all the basic maneuvers Tyler had taught him and due to his low agility, and claw ripped at his legs.
"Ahhhhhhh" Leo screamed and fell on his knees after creating some distance, it seemed like this little beast was toying slowly ripping him to pieces. Seeing that strange look in its eyes, Leo suddenly lost all sense of rationality.

Leo leaped forward ignoring the pain in his left leg, the eyes filled with fear had turned completely red replaced with unbridled rage, the glow in his eyes made the Tasmadoor leap forward to claw at its opponent.
Bot forces collided with Leo landing a punch at the beasts head while the claws ripped his chest and blood poured out in torrents. Leo directly ignored the attack like a fierce madman to strike a blow of his own.

Leo landed on the floor and dashed forward ignoring the pain. The Monster on the other hand was not so lucky and had received a head hit. It had part of its head caved in an had barely been able to balance itself when Leo began to rain a barrage of punches.
The Tasmadoor was now being beaten by a human that had thrown caution to the wind no matter what strike the beast shot at it. A jab to the head, another strike to the ribs and punch after punch followed suit.
In a short span of a few minutes,the monster that had been an initial problem was beat up to the point beyond recognition. The slamming of fists didn't stop until leo received a notification that ended his blood rage skill.

Leo's blood red eyes regained its original light blue colors, his soft hands had been stained with blood and his expression turned unsightly. "Did i just kill a beast?" It took him half a minute for the reality to sink in.

"What the hell? I just killed something like a wild dog and now this thing wants me to consume a shadow" leo screamed out loud, this wasn't anything like how the other Evolved humans got their powers with the Ability stones.
Surprisingly, Leo could see The shadow Essence dissipating slowly away from the monsters corpse. He found himself being drawn to the corpse like the way flies were drawn to poop. He lost his reasoning and grabbed the corpse.
The shadow essence from the body erupted violently and began to surround Leo entering into his body through the likely entrances of his mouth, nose and even his eyes.

Leo looked at his wounds as the biting feeling increased threefold. His wounds started healing at a rate similar to regeneration and he could feel his body constitution slightly improving.
Leo's cuts had partially healed and was now back to its slow form of healing that was still several times faster than a regular human.
"This isn't a joke, am I really a demon?" Leo couldn't help but ask himself again, still with the his own world that has drastically changed, he found it silly to deny it anymore.
After a while,a faint smile appeared on his lips. He soon realized that this wasn't a misfortune but rather and opportunity. looking at the shadow control he realized that he needed to come central manner to bend the shadow at will and that was already possible due to his comprehension being at the master level.
Leo didn't have much time to think much of it. He could hear growls coming from different parts of the forest.

Leo looked at the two Tasmadoor that had rushed out of the forest and closed his eyes to concentrate. The shadow under his foot moved and formed a barrier that had locked the attack of the oncoming Tasmadoor.
The results was slightly above his expectations as they two weak creatures suffered a rebound and were blasted away with one getting impaled on a branch due to its low defense ability.
