As Sylvia opened her eyes, memories flushed right through her very eyes. It was all her wonderful memories from before.
"You are a very loved person, my child." An unknown light said.
"Am i dead?" she asked.
"Yes you are." It replied.
"How are my people? can i see them atleast once?" she asked.
"My child, you have been asleep for a few years now. If you want, i can let you see them but only for a very short time." it replied.
"So i slept for that long huh?" she said.
"Yes, because the people who loved you wished for your soul to be protected and healed until your next reincarnation." it replied.
"Now, follow me. I'll let you see them for a while" it replied.
"Thank you" she said while smiling.
As they walked through the entire forest, it was so beautiful that a lot of creatures of different kinds were resting there.
"So this is the afterlife huh?" she said in her mind.
The small light stopped at a lake with a big waterfall.
"Sit here my child, try to imagine what they look like and look at the lake" it said while pointing the water.
Sylvia then closed her eyes and started to think about her dearest daughter who have become queen. The water slowly made a small hole and the image of her daughter came out.
"My queen" An old man bowed infront of her.
"The neighboring kingdom requests to see you" He said.
"I see, please send him out Shin" she said.
"B-but my queen it is an important matter" he complied.
"I said no!" she said with an angry voice.
"My queen, i have promised the former queen Slyvia that the kingdom she built shall be protected and be well." he said.
"She is dead! there's nothing she can do!" she shouted.
"Even if she is, she is still your mother my queen. And all she wishes is for this Kingdom to be in peace." he replied while begging.
"I don't care! she never cared for me in the first place!" She replied.
Her daughter then stood up onto her chair and left Shin.
"My queen! please comeback!" he pleaded.
The door then closed and left Shin behind.
Sylvia was too shocked to see what has happened to her daughter and aide.
"What happened?" Sylvia gasped.
The water then showed another figure.
"If only the former queen didn't die, we would still have our peaceful yet distinguished kingdom." a villager said with a small head shake.
The other villager agreed to him.
"The new queen also made a system which separates us from commoners to nobles" another villager replied.
"Yeah, she detest poor people like us." he replied while cleaning a glass of wine.
Because of this, Sylvia was saddened of her daughter's actions.
"My daughter used to be a kind and loving child, what has happened?" she asked herself.
"My child, i am very sorry for you have witnessed that." the light replied with a sad tone.
"You don't have to apologize it is my fault for not raising my daughter right, now my people have to endure this new type of treatment." she said while crying.
"You have done enough my child." it replied while trying to comfort her.
After a few hours of talking, Sylvia can't do anything about the current situation since it shouldn't be her problem anymore.
"Let us go now my child, the portal of reincarnation is waiting for you." it replied.
"Please, lead the way" she replied.
Even though Sylvia went inside the portal with a few regrets she still reincarnated into a small yet beautiful frail child.
