The child has walked with death and his dog companion for a bit, journeying through the afterlife.
The child was in awe of the things they've seen, so many bright colors with markings and drawings. A lot of really cool looking skeletons and they're all pretty nice!
The dog approaches the child with curiosity "how do you like it so far, child?" It asked them.
The child beamed at the dog "it's so beautiful! I wish my mom could see this!".
The dog seems to smile and be appeased with their answer, it's tail wagging.
The Grim reaper stopped walking, standing in front of a building. The child stops walking as well and peeks from behind the tall hooded figure to look at what stopped it.
The dog's tail wagged faster than before, as if it's meeting an old friend of it.
All three stood in front of a dress shop, it had a big sign with the title 'Al Flores Beauty'.
"That's a pretty name for a shop" the child says as the grim reaper walks inside the dress shop.
The child looked at the dog, and the dog followed it's tall companion. They hesitated a bit before following their two new friends for this journey.
They all approached inside.
Inside the shop, there were many beautiful dresses, outfits and suits for all to wear, a few mirrors for anyone to see how they look in their new fitting and mannequins with very colorful clothing for everyone to see.
The grim reaper walks to a door of what seems to be leading to another room. He seems to be calling out to someone.
The child stayed behind for a bit to take a good look around the shop with the hairless dog, the Xoilt stays with them as they explored with wonder and after a few moments of exploration, they decided to go in the room where the reaper went with the dog.
Inside the room stood the reaper and a skeleton who had hair and wore an elegant looking dress. The two seem to be talking as the child stood there for a bit, quite shy to bring attention to themselves.
But the lady skeleton took notice of the child, she looked at them and smiled brightly as she approaches them with open arms
"Hello! I am La Catrina! It is such a pleasure to meet you, dear!" The lady spoke with such delight as they looked up at her with a smile.
"I-I'm Micta, nice to meet you pretty skeleton lady!" The child tells Catrina as she smiles, crouching down to take a look at them.
"Aw you are so cute! I could just pinch your cheeks!" Catrina cooed at them as she squishes their cheeks, they giggled as she pulled away and stood up.
The reaper approached beside her as he spoke in a soft, calming voice. "Miss Catrina, my cloak?"
Catrina turned to look at him and nodded before going somewhere to get his cloak, the reaper looked at the child named Micta, who was currently petting the dog.
After the reaper got his cloak, it was time to say goodbye. Micta was a bit sad and they didn't wanna leave the pretty lady!
Catrina sighs before getting an idea, she went somewhere once more before coming back and giving the kid a bandana.
"Wear this, a gift from me to you."
Micta gleamed as their eyes lightened with excitement and took the bandana before immediately wearing it.
"Thank you! But why give me a gift that's so cool??"
Catrina smiled
"Every child deserves an excellent gift."
