Enuego and Rachel was so satisfied living with her elder sister and her kids and the house was so big enough to accommodate them.Ada's husband is based abroad and only visit them once in a while.
Nkechi the first daughter and first child of Enuego's sister(Ada) is a Second year undergraduate student of the University of Ghana in Accra.she always visit home every weekends to spend time with her family .
Her younger brother Blessed is in Ss3 awaiting to partake in the West African Examination council coming soon in June. Racheal was also enrolled into same school with him by his mom who now takes her as her responsibility assisting her mother in every possible way she can.
Racheal was an Ss2 student, but her mom and Aunt made her enroll for the coming up Waec examination as well, so that they can both be enrolled into the higher institution together.( Racheal was still frightened of the incident that happened to her years ago back in Nigeria).and that his why she always work in the company of her brother.
Blessed and Racheal started attending tutorial class in school in preparation for their examinations.but Racheal was loosing focus so quickly as she was afraid to confined in any one what has been disturbing her. Racheal was so lost in thoughts, while others were busy learning. "She wondered what might be bringing the Governor's son close to her, why is he being so nice to her? Racheal questioned her self with a hands on her jaw,as confusion covered her face. Racheal, Rachel , her teacher called her attention ,as she regained consciousness in shock. "On your feet" Mr Alex ordered her,he was so furious with her but later pardoned her and asked her to sit.
Joel was the son of a very well known Governor in Ghana, He was a science student in Ss3, same class with blessed, Racheal's cousin . He was so full of himself, very proud and saucy, stepping on everyone's toes who tries to correct him. He always makes sure to come out the best in his class bribing and getting good grades from his teachers . Though he was so handsome, fun to be with, as he has the habit of spending cash on his friends each time they hang out together. He was intelligent as well , but he sees studying as stressing himself when he has the money to get what he wants. Joel was the talk of town in school, every girs dream and every teachers favorite. Racheal and her cousin never liked Joel because they felt his status was a treat to people always wanting to please him out of fear and wanting to get a share of his money.
As Racheal and her brother were returning home after closing from school, it crossed his mind to ask her why she was distracted from the class today ,lost in her own thoughts.racheal on hearing what her cousin said to, could not hold it anymore, as she decided to let the cat out of the bag. She staggered as she tried to disclose the issue to her brother.
"Is just that am beginning to notice Joel coming close to me trying know much about me.and now he is asking me to be his friend.So while in class today I was just wondering why Joel started having interest in me when they are many girls wanting to be with him, and he always shun them in public,telling them how much he hate's the company of girls .is not I if I actually wanted to be distracted."
Oh my God ! Blessed exclamated , . Don't tell me what you just said is true I totally dislike that boy,but come to think of it why is he do much interested in you . Though I have never seen Joel having any girl as his friend before and even till now. I think we should just be careful
Racheal nodded her head in agreement as blessed promised to keep an eye on him.
