The duo stayed there for barely a few minutes and then they returned to the office. It was very quiet and somehow calming in that place which made Flora feel relaxed.
"There is something that I want to ask you?" Winstor broke that peaceful silence and asked Flora with a grave tone.
"Hmm?" Flora tilted her head and waited for Winstor to continue.
"A month or so ago. There was an incident in some rural village far from here. The village was obliterated and no one was alive when we came to check a few days later. But we did find the corpse of the potential culprit." He recounted the events that happened with a serious look.
Flora did know what he was talking about and frankly speaking, she didn't feel pressured or agitated and she just sat casually in her seat as if she owned the place.
