The gloomy atmosphere that engulfed the hall lessened a little after all of the rejected ones exited, but nevertheless, it was still there since many were barely able to pass and that sense of danger and the anxiety of failing the next test erased the happiness they felt with there accomplishment. It was a slow reaction that is eating away their positivity and self-confidence.
Ray didn't mind this and just watched Winstor with a deep gaze that could penetrate through anything. He was thinking of their meeting that will eventually happen, what he should do to return to the holy kingdom and many other things that man will have stored for him.
But now was not the time to talk to him so he just shook his head slightly and didn't think about it anymore.
