Thirty minutes before Olivia received the phone call in her office.
UISF Charlie base.
All the agents of the UISF we're doing their assigned jobs just like any other day.
Charlie base is the smallest of the three UISF bases on earth with the fourth and strongest base being the one on the moon. (main base)
Therefore the agents that were stationed at Charlie base were among the weaker ones in the UISF, but just because they were weaker than others doesn't mean that they were pushovers.
It hit hard and fast, all of a sudden a loud explosion happened at the front gate.
"BOOOOM"
The usually indestructible front gate was blown off it's hinges. Now there is just a hole we're it used to be.
Through the smoke ten people in black cloaks and hoods. They walked into the base and started to launch fireballs, ice spears and other low level offensive spells at the surrounding guards.
Caught unprepared most of the guards became human popsicles, cut in half by wind spells or burned to ashes. Some were able to get away to call for reinforcements.
The ten attackers in cloaks dispersed, as the moved further into the base. Causing more chaos and death wherever they went.
The battle is just getting started.

Director Olivia's office.
Olivia just finished her call, which was the news that Charlie base was being attacked and they needed reinforcements.
Alex wasn't sitting more than 5 feet from Olivia and with his heightened hearing he was able to hear the whole conversation. So he spoke up before she could.
"Would you like my help."
Olivia stared at him trying to gauge how much Alex knew. However realizing that she didn't have any time to waste she answered back.
"Since your offering I could use your help."
Which was a lie the UISF was more than capable of taking care of the attack by themselves, but she wanted to see what Alex was capable of.
"Of course, lead the way." Alex said as he stood ready to leave immediately.
Olivia didn't waste any time and nodded in agreement. She got up and led him to the armory as well as alert the other agents to get ready.
In the armory Alex only took a simple protective vest that only covered his chest leaving his metal arms to be seem by all in the room. Everyone was staring.
"What you like my arms. I'll trade yah." Alex said in joking manor, and shrugged his arms.
Everyone looked away ashamed and no one wanted there arms ripped off. They made there way to a room that had a giant magic circle engraved into the floor. Once everyone was inside the circle it lit up in a bright white light covering the entire room. When the light faded everyone disappeared, they were teleported away.

In a lightly lit room with the same magic circle used by Olivia and Alex moments ago, lit up with a bright white light. It was the UISF agents accompanied by Olivia and Alex. Everyone was ready to break into formation to attack the enemy, when Alex spoke up confusing them all.
"Stop. I'll take it from here." He said as he got ready to move out, when Olivia spoke up amongst everyone's confusion.
"What do you mean, you'll take it from here." In a concerned tone.
"I mean you guys stay behind me and work clean up while I go and Jill the bad guys." Alex said like it was no big deal.
Normally it wouldn't be hard at all for the UISF agents to attack or defend against enemies, they were that well trained. Even if there magic power was weak in Alex's viewpoint. The problem was that this was a sudden attack on one of there bases, no one has ever attacked them head on before so they are extremely cautious. They didn't know how many attackers there were nor did they know there location.
So they were all puzzled as to how Alex was so confident that he could easily take care of the enemies.
"Are you worried about me. We just met my dear Olivia." Alex said with mischievous smile.
"Wo-wo-worried about you. Please I and just expressing my concern as the Director of the UISF that is all." With a slight blush on her face. She knew most of the emotions she was feeling towards Alex was due to them being mates, but she also couldn't help but feel worried about his safety.
"We don't even know how many attackers there are. It's not safe to just jump in without the basic knowledge of the situation." Olivia warned him.
"Oh that. There are ten attackers, eight of whom are weak and two are the stronger ones probably the leader and vice leader." Alex said stunning everyone once again. No one knew how he figured out the number attackers and there power levels so fast.
Meanwhile as soon as Alex landed in this room he used his heightened senses to get a feel for the area and to discern the number of attackers if possible.
Not only was he able to see how many attackers there were he was also able to figure out each of their power levels.
Needless to say he was extremely bummed, they were ten of them and all were extremely weak compared to him. This was the reason he so readily agreed to go and fight, well that and to stretch his limbs so he didn't get rusty. What Alex didn't know was that on earth these attackers we're actually considered to be strong.
Not waiting for her reply Alex went to the door and punched his arm through it, shocking everyone once again.
"BANG!"
His hand immediately gripped the person wearing a black cloak on the other side before yanking him into the room, through the door. He tiggted his grip around the person's neck and in the next second a loud cracking sound was heard.
"CRACK"
He was dead.
"Nine more" Alex said as he walked out the now shattered door without giving everyone else a second glance.
The Monster had now entered the battle.
