Finally after six years of leaving, Eric Elias has came home. He left for the duty sent by King of Leynan to improve diplomatic relations with Kingdom of Ciyas.
"My SON HAS FINALLY COME HOME! THANK GOD I MISS YOU A LOT ERIC!" Duchess Hiya hugs Eric with all her might. Even though, Eric is not her biological son, however Duchess Hiya always treats him like her other sons, Leyo and Zic. Eric gets along well with his two brothers. He did not expect they will welcome him with an open heart, but as soon as he steps his foot in this mansion, all family members appreciated him as a new family relative. Eric's father was a benevolent person. Everyone respected and love him especially the family, Duke of the Southern Perk.
Leyo and Zic are twins, 30 years old, they both work as politicians in the Kingdom of Leynan. They do not like struggle activities like Eric does. As Leyo loves to read and study, he pursues his dream to be one of the most powerful politicians while Zic is an accountant for economics service of the Kingdom of Leynan.
"Come, join us Eric, it has been a long time since we eat together! Come Eric join uss!" the excitement from Leyo's voice.
During dinner,
"All of this are made by our expert cook, Mrs. Anne." speaks Duchess Hayi. Mrs. Anne came out and stands before the table, she introduce tonight's dishes which are her new recipe specially made from Duchess Hayi's request for Eric. He does love tuna. Most of the dishes tonight are based of tuna. When Mrs. Anne step her foot, she made eye contact with Eric. They both,
"YOU!"
All people in the dining hall went silent
"Do you know Mrs. Anne, Eric" asks Zic.
"SHE IS THE ONE THAT GRABBED MY HAIR AT THE MARKET SIX YEARS AGO! HOW CAN SHE BE OUR COOK! WHAT IF SHE PUT POISON IN MY TUNA!"
Mrs. Anne controls her expression and, said "I think I mistook you for another person Sir Eric. My apologies for my bad pronounce of your title. You resemble someone that I have known for a long time in my neighbourhood." Mrs. Anne pretends to do not know Eric.
"Eric? What? Grab hair? hahahahahahahaha what are you talking about? poison? I've been eating Mrs. Anne's food for the past six years. And here I am now feel more healthier than ever. Right mother?" laughs Leyo.
"That's right Eric, we have eaten what Mrs. Anne cook for us and we are so much better. She is a good nutritionist and what poison are you talking about? I am sure you have decent explanation for this..?" asks Duchess Hayi
"She is the one who grabbed my hair at the market that time!" utters Eric.
"What time? You have never told me before dear, and if she has done that, Mrs. Anne have you do such thing to Eric? If you did, I can give you chance to apology since you have been working for us all this years.
"I am very sorry, Duchess. I do not know Sir Eric. He just resembles my neighbour I was mistaken for that. I am sorry Mrs. Anne."
"Now, Mrs. Anne has explained. Let's eat sons."
"But mother..."
"No no, Mrs. Anne already explained she does not know you. Now let's eat"
Eric locked his eyes with Mrs. Anne's with deadly look meaning he will someday make her pay for what she did.
