Eden woke up. Alexander was no longer by her side. The big bed was empty. As far as Eden's hand could reach, there were only crumpled silk sheets.
"Alex?" Called Eden. This girl opened her eyes slowly, looking for her alpha. But Alex was nowhere to be seen.
"Where is he going??" Eden pouted because she had been left since opening her eyes.
"Alex?!" Eden got up from the bed and searched the room. She entered the bathroom and the changing room. Alex wasn't there.
Eden scratched her head in confusion. "Where is he?"
"I wish I could see his handsome face once I opened my eyes." It seemed Eden was starting to be fascinated with the Alpha.
"I'll look for him." Eden snorted and rushed out of the room.

Alex stood in front of his parent's bedroom door. Alex hadn't been in that room in years. Alex's hands trembled. He slowly pressed the handle and turned the knob. The door opened after a soft click was heard.
