Lord Ruger sat in his study with his face on his knuckles and pen leisurely dancing on the scroll before him. "What's wrong, Ruger?" You've been like this for days now." Diego walked in with the other Lords.
"You didn't even come to see Ava when she had her child. Are you mad at her or something?" Aero raised his brows as he sat before Ruger.
"I've just been worried about Alora. It's been a year now that she left and I'm not sure she is fine." Ruger sighed as he stood up, walking to the window.
"But you know she is going to be fine. She is Radolph's mate and he would never do anything to hurt her." Diego sighed. "You shouldn't use that to shut yourself out. Ava hasn't seen you since she had your grandson."
"I know." Ruger sighed. As he made an attempt to turn, he caught sight of someone familiar. "Radolph."
