Hebe sat there with a blank expression as Lynceus planted soft kisses on her forehead, cheeks, shoulders and neck. The nearer the day of delivery came, the more the young goddess felt devastated, the days felt like a countdown to the end of her life with the people she loved.
Lynceus rose his head and eyed Hebe, "I'm starting to think you're not into this as much as I am," the man whispered. He sat up on the bed and pulled hebe closer till she was nestled between his legs.
"What's on your mind?" Lynceus questioned the woman.
Hebe looked up at Lynceus, the concern and care on his face only managed to make her heart ache even more. Could he please stop being so sweet and loving so it would be easier to fake die.
"I'm okay, I think it's just the pregnancy hormones." Hebe responded flatly
"I see, is there anyway I can help," Lynceus questioned the young goddess while gently stroking her cheek, "do you need anything?"
