Chapter 6 - Chapter 6

Haru compared his features to the man's and realized that man looked so much like him. He trembling put his delicate small fingers on his neck to check if the man was still breathing and was relieved that the man while wounded seriously in his stomach area, was still breathing but his breath seem to be slowing down.

Haru dragged the man to his hut with great difficulty, his expensive and beautiful clothes getting dirty from all the dragging. He put the man on his bed and immediately unbutton the coat and the vest. His eyes widened when he saw a big slash of a sword in his stomach. The man was losing blood fast. He quickly picked up the alcohol, finally thankful for its existence in his hit, and started cleaning the wound with a clean cloth. He had cut his mattress to make himself some clothes and left some for other uses.

He carefully cleaned the wound and with a new cloth, he tightly wrapped it on the ground, making sure no more blood was lost.

He fall to the ground in exhaustion but he needed to save the man.

'I am exhausted but I will save this man!'

Haru stood determined as he looked at some herbs he had found in the forest. He had seen these herbs helping heal on Television. He quickly made a paste of it and carefully put it in his mouth, massaging his neck to swallow it.

'Now, all I could do is wait and pray that he gets better.'

Haru slept that night on the floor, praying to God for him to save the man. He wanted the man to live and also he wanted to talk to someone. It doesn't matter if the man would leave after he gets better, he was lonely for some human contact.

Sunlight falls on Haru's face, waking him up. He was first confused about why he was on the floor before remembering the night event. He stood up quickly and put his hand on the man's nerve. The breathing had somewhat returned to normal.

"Thank god that this brother would live."

Haru said gratefully and took a glass of water and brought it to the man's mouth. He slowly put the water in his mouth, massaging his throat and supporting his back. After making sure the man would not dehydrate, he walked to where he found fruits and vegetables. He quickly picked them up and placed them in his bucket, he also went to the river to catch some fish. The net was strong and he was able to catch 3 fish.

He returned home, feeling hungry but before eating, he squeezed tomato juice into a glass, mixed it with salt, and fed it to the unconscious man.

He made himself a fruit and vegetable salad, eating it with some vigor. He changed the wound clothes and fed him some herb paste. He looked at the man closely.

He looks so much like him. He had the same silver hair, milky skin, and chin but he was much more masculine than him.

"It's not fair that he is more masculine than me even though he looks like me," Haru grumbled before standing up and started cleaning the house. He fed water to the man every hour to make sure he doesn't dehydrate. After completing the work, he took a moment to admire the hut.

There were many fresh flowers that he had found near his hut. He had picked them and put them in a makeshift vase. He had cleaned every corner of the hut very carefully. There were no webs in the corner like before and he had even put leaves strings every few days to decorate the hut.

The hut which once simply look haunted was now homey and comfy.

Haru sighed tiredly before cooking the fish he had caught. He was getting tired of eating fish every day but he was really scared to explore more territory. If he encounters a big wild animal with such a small and delicate body, there's no doubt, he would surely die very painfully and be eaten by the animal so he didn't dare set foot further than what he had explored.

4 days went by, the man still didn't wake up. Haru was getting worried as he wondered absently if the man had fallen into a coma. He was barely able to feed himself, taking care of the man for a long time would simply be impossible.

Haru had decided to not leave the hut much, so he had caught many big fishes and put them in a container full of water. He had even taken a basket full of fruits and vegetables so that if the man woke up, he would at least be able to provide some hospitality.

Haru looked at the man's face closely, he had cleaned the man's face and body every day with herbs and roses. Haru didn't want to smell stinky so he searched for some herbs he had seen on T.V. And also flowers to smell good.

"When are you going to wake up?" Haru asked in his soft voice, looking intently at the man.

Suddenly, the man moved with a cough, startling Haru badly.

"Crap! He is waking up! He is finally waking up! What-what should I do? I don't look ugly, right? I haven't talked to anyone for 6 months. I haven't forgotten to talk, right?" Haru was full of anxiety as the man coughed more harshly.

Haru immediately picked up a glass of water and fed it to the man slowly. The man greedily drank the water, his face which exclude coldness was vulnerable.

"Drink it slowly," Haru commanded, his big eyes looking at the man intently and he was shocked to see that the man too had purple with a spark of silver in his eyes just like him!

How is it possible that the man had the same eyes and hair just like him?! Was this man...his brother?

Haru was shocked at his outrageous theory. This man screamed rich and powerful while his mother was a prostitute.

'This man could no way be my brother so it must simply be a coincidence.'
