Delon and Regan were at Tio's house. More specifically in Jenny's room.

"It's okay, Auntie. I'll take the time, if I can," said Delon, mediating Jenny and Sesil's argument. Jenny only smiled at hearing Delon's words while chewing the rest of her food.
It wasn't long before the argument between mother and son. Suddenly a very familiar voice resounded in Delon's ears, it was even heard throughout Jenny's room.
"Good afternoon everyone," said someone with a fruit parcel in her hand, followed by two people behind her.
Everyone in the room turned their heads towards the center of the sound. Likewise with Delon. And how surprised Delon was, when he saw that the guests were Rachel and his adoptive parents.
"Why are you here?!" Jenny suddenly didn't like it.

Jenny just replied by licking her lips at Rachel.

Tio glanced at his wife with meaningful glances. Gosh... I barely recognize my own wife. He quickly changed his expression.
"This is auntie... so that Jenny will get well soon." Rachel handed the fruit parcel she had brought to Sesil. Sesil accepted it with pleasure.

Rachel turned her body and immediately squinted at Delon who was holding a spoon and bowl of soup who intended to feed Jenny back.
"How is Jenny Sis?" Martha asked with concern.
"Jenny is fine. Luckily the wound isn't that big," said Sesil. "Oh yeah, you know who Jenny relapsed from? I even forgot to tell you guys, because I was so worried," added Sesil.
Rachel suddenly joined in answering without turning her murderous gaze* towards Delon.
" Am i, Aunt? Rachel knew from Delon's Brother. So, Rachel immediately told Mama and Papa," Rachel said and Sesil immediately nodded in understanding.
Jenny had always looked at Rachel with disapproval, "Rachel really cares about me, Mi," Jenny said suddenly with a smirk on her lips.
"Well... you really have to get along like this," Jeno said and Martha nodded in agreement.
Rachel, who did not want to lose to Jenny, also paid attention according to what Jenny had meant.
"Yes, Ma, Pa. Rachel will always be good to Jenny," Rachel answered with a voice full of emphasis on each word.
"Delon's Brother, let's feed it again. It's a shame the patient is waiting for that," Rachel said while pointing at Jenny with her chin.

Rachel immediately replied to Sesil with a beautiful smile. Then she took the oranges that Rachel had chosen for herself, and one of them had a very sour taste.
Rachel peeled the fruit in her hand right now. Rachel deliberately took two oranges with different flavors, just in case the plan failed.
"Here... Jenny, eat it," Rachel ordered, who was already standing beside Delon.

"Well then... we'll stay for now, okay! You guys just talk. Regan, if you're hungry, eat first," said Tio, who turned around and patted Delon's personal assistant.
"Yes Mister Tio. Thank you," Regan replied politely.
After the group of parents left. Rachel diligently feeds Jenny. Jenny was forced to accept because of the delicious taste of the fruit.
