Chapter 14 - Chapter-14[Goblin's Den-2]

Hearing the description, I nodded. This seems to be the most valid reason even I could think of and it seems like the cover makes them unable to let others detect the energy in the core, else it would be quite easy to sense the monster from far away.

[You could sense it if you have the necessary skill for that, Host.]

I see...I should start moving now...wait...

'Eve, when is the right time to unseal my stats so I could practice and I need to increase the amount of MP, it will deplete way too fast with my current pace.'

[I removed it just now, Host, you could now use the [Stat Points] now, Host.]

Nodding my head as I now felt strength rushing through my body for a second before the feeling died down, but the strength remained.

"Status, but only stats."

Seeing them, I already knew that increasing my INT by one point gives me 30 MP, and increasing my VIT by one point will give me 30 HP same as the MP.

So, I did the best thing and put 50 points in INT and 30 points in VIT, and 20 in AGI, and 15 in DEX. I felt the amount of MP in my body increasing by a large amount along with that I felt myself getting lighter due to the increase in my AGI and I felt my skin and muscles becoming more harder due to increasing in my DEX.

After doing that, I stood up from the ground calmly knowing that if I use too much force, it will make me fly away. After standing up, I clenched my fist feeling the power, and walked towards a tree and punched it. The force behind that punch broke the tree apart, and not only that, it also destroyed the tree behind the one I punched.

*Thud*

The sound of trees falling sounded, I knew this will attract the attention of both monsters and hunters, so I quickly made my way out of here and started walking towards the deeper forest.

After walking for a while, I started to run at a low speed and continued to increase my speed along the way. During that, I also spotted some goblins, but I killed them easily using the Magic bullets of different elements.

After running for a while, I knew I was in deep enough, as there was the path to the next floor after some time. This dungeon is floor-based, having ten floors in it...and I am planning on conquering all of those floors.

I after some time of walking spotted a group of 5 goblins fighting with another monster, a [Fang Wolf], a pretty rare monster as it sometimes dropped some items. I stealthily hide behind a tree, observing their fight but seeing them just looking at each other, I decided to intervene and quickly made 5 bullets of fire around me, I could now control around 7 bullets with enough concentration...and send them towards the goblins.

The bullets hit two in their heart, two in the shoulder, and one in the head...looks like my aim needs to be improved again if I want to have more efficiency.

Sending two fireballs in towards those who are still alive, and killing them, I stood in front of the Fang Wolf. I howled at me, to scare me...but it is of no use. I wanted to test my strength and fighting a Fang Wolf is the best that I could ask for.

The wolf lunged at me seeing me still standing in my position, and I seeing extended my hands and grabbed the fang wolf by its jaw, and stopped it, but not being able to direct the force I fall on my back with the fang wolf getting on me. Quickly kicking the ground below me and using that force, I get away from the wolf, and now feeling enough testing of the strength, I extended my hand and made a gun gesture with my hands, a wind bullet formed on the tip of my finger and quickly went away, in the forehead of the wolf, killing it completely.

The wolf dropped on the ground, but seeing nothing dropping with it made me disappointed as I don't get the items dropped by the Fang Wolf. I approached the wolf and the goblins to take their cores.

The core form the Fang Wolf's body is about the size of a part of a finger, as the wolf is a D-Class monster...and they are only found below the 6th floor in this dungeon...but sometimes monsters do spawn in the upper floor which shouldn't spawn.

Looks like my level doesn't increase, but I only killed some low-level monsters so it was expected.

After staying here for a minute and waiting for my MP to replenish, which happens quite quickly in the dungeon as this is the place from where it originated, I made my way towards the next floor.

Walking for a minute, I stood in front of stairs made of ground and the stairs are going downwards towards the next floor. I started walking the stairs and a feeling rose up in me. I never walked up to the next floor as it was dangerous for me, and even with taking risks, I never took one which directly put my life in danger as I have a family to look after.

After a minute of going down, I appeared in a grassland again. Looking back, I saw a giant tree supporting the sky and even going deeper, and I appeared from a hole where the stairs are...Just how did this place even work?

Ignoring my own question, to which I could only find an answer off if my strength increased, I starts to walk towards another forest and quickly reached that place. On the way, there were several goblins that attacked me but I instantly killed them, they were a little stronger than the one on the first floor, but I could handle it.

Entering the forest and walking for some time, I heard some cries for help...

"Help! Somebody, please save us!"

"Please! don't come near me!"

Becoming curious, I walked towards the direction the voices came from, and stood on the top of a tree, on a solid branch and look at what happened here.
