The way they looked laying dead. The war sounds of swords, loud kalruts, kalrhinos, kalkruts, mindmasters, axers, explosions, and more. It was terrifying.
Jun looked out the window to see the fire and death of civilians once again.
"Aah!!" Jun screamed. "Pull yourself together!" Irene screamed out "I know how you feel after experiencing the same thing over again! But! Just for now, stop worrying about the past and worry about the present and future! Look what's going to happen if we just sit here and do nothing! Izuzunu will end!!" Irene yelled at Jun to get his mind straight.
"You're right" Jun grabs his sword "Let's fake fight so that Moises will-" Emily throws a dynamite inside Angie's house in front of Jun.
"Huh..." Jun looks as if the bomb is about to explode. "Irene!! Get down!!" Jun blocks Irene from the explosions as the whole house explodes and crumbles apart.
The house is little so it fell apart easily and caught on fire. Jun protects Irene with his armor as he holds her from the falling debris and shrapnel. After the explosion, Jun's ears ring as he falls to the ground. Jun and Irene are knocked out cold.
RISE OF IZUZUNU
VOLUME 3, CHAPTER 27, WEST MAINLAND
WEST MAINLAND, IZUZUNU
"Die! Die! Die! Die!!" She throws bombs and knives at people and everything.
The whole town is on fire as she walks through the streets. "I've never had so much fun before!" She smiled and laughed loudly.
"Hey!!" A druzel from the distance screams out "Haaah!!! I will protect my town!!" The man grabs his sword and charges towards Emily. She dodges and snaps his neck as he quickly dies. Everyone looked in fear.
A girl then began charging at her "Don't let him die for nothing!! Come on!! We have to worry about killing her now!!" She screamed out as she ran to Emily.
Emily grabs her neck and chokes the girl. She raises the girl up higher as the girl tries to stop the choking.
Soon after a little while, the girl stops moving. Emily throws her body onto a nearby building "You think you guys can really defeat me!!" Emily laughs historically.
"Yes, I will!!" Lilly from the other side of the streets shouted out "I will kill you for destroying our town!!" Lilly's legs shake. Emily looks dead inside and notices Lilly's legs and arms shaking "Hmm? Are you sure about that? Aren't you a little scared to be out here alone?" She asked.
"No!" She charges at Emily as Emily is about to dodge. Lily trips on a rock and falls on her face "Gah!"
Emily laughs even louder as Lilly slowly gets up noticing her nose is bleeding. "You are weak" Emily talks down on her "You'll never be as strong as the rest of your friends are"
"That's not true!" Lilly slowly gets up and wipes her nose "I am..." she's in pain "Strong... that's why I'm going to defeat you!" She strikes a pose with her sword.
"I guess I'm going to have to kill you very fast" Emily sighs and pulls out her sword too. They both stare at each other for a second "Haaah!!" Lilly dashes through the paths and onto Emily "What the!?" Emily nearly trips as she kicks Lilly off of her "You little-!" Emily strikes a blow on her stomach.
She kicks her while Lilly is on the floor in pain. "Ah!" She screamed every time Emily kicked her.
She finally stops kicking her and walks away "I'm bored. I'm gonna get back to destroying this country"
Lilly slowly gets up from the floor "I won't" She spoke out. Emily stops and turns her head around "You don't know when to drop down and die, do you?" Emily asks. She clicks her tongue and walks up to Lilly.
Lilly grabs her sword as fast as she can as she cuts Emily's legs "Ah!!" Lilly yelled out as Emily fell to the ground.
Lilly jumps up and stabs Emily in the back "I'm not... I won't... I will never die for a girl like you!! You're an evil bastard!!" Lilly pulls out her sword from Emily's wounds.
"Ah!" Emily screams. "How? How the hell did I manage to get stabbed by a girl like you!!" Emily asks "How were you able to stab through the armor!!?"
Lilly laughs "I told Jun to do a favor for me" Lilly began speaking about what she told Jun to do "I told him to switch out every armor you and Yusuke had without you guys looking" Lilly smiled "I told him to switch it with wooden armor painted to look at metal!"
"Jun... is not on our side?" Emily realizes. "He never was," Lilly said. Emily looked angry "I will not lose to a girl like you! Even if I don't have metal armor!!" Emily jumps up and kicks Lilly.
Lilly falls to the ground as Emily stabs her arms "Aaah!" Lilly screams louder as it pierces through her forearm.
Emily leans to Lilly "Again... you're still... a weak girl-" Emily stops talking and looks down at her stomach. Lilly has stabbed her stomach without Emily looking. Lilly kicks Emily off of her as she rolls through the paths.
"I'm sorry... but I think this is the end here" Lilly stabs into Emily's chest "Aah!" She shouted.
"Please, rest now. You don't deserve to live" Lilly pulls her sword out of Emily. Emily starts tearing up as she lay on the ground.
"I never thought I would die young," Emily says. Lilly fell onto the ground from exhaustion. Emily looked Lilly in the face "I never thought"
"To live longer, you have to be a good person" Lilly spoke out. Emily looks at the smoky sky "I guess this is what all villains face"
Lilly looked at the sky while she was on her knees and worried "Jun..." she said, hoping that he was okay.
IZUZUNU, CENTER ELECTION STAGE
"Haah!!" Xuanyu attacks Moises with his sword. Edison backs up Xuanyu as he jumps onto Moises "Die!" Edison shouted. Moises kicks Edison on the side and he hits his head on a nearby building wall.
"Edison!!" Xuanyu screamed. "Look around you, Xuanyu" Moises smiles "My dream... is coming true!" He shouted with a psychotic face.
Xuanyu finally turns around and notices the town burning "No..." He says as he faces Moises again. Xuanyu dashes towards him and attempts to stab Moises's chest, but the sword barely goes through.
Moises blocks with the swords. Xuanyu tries attacking again but misses. Moises laughs "It's my armor. One of the strongest!! Thanks to... Evelyn"
Xuanyu falls to the ground while Moises places an item that looks like a firework launcher.
"This will set the whole entire town on fire!!" Moises presses the button "Noo!!" Xuanyu screamed out.
The item launched as fireworks began to shoot in the sky and fall into different places. It doesn't look like fireworks though. It looked more like fire arrows and bombs flying through the sky. Now the whole town is on fire. Everyone watched as it rained fire through the skies.
Chloe and Angie were fake fighting and noticed the fire arrows and bombs heading their way. They dodge all of them as they explode the entire building.
Citizens run in fear out of the town and try to find a place to hide.
Yusuke, Nugget, 07, and Max watched as the fire consumed the houses and different structures on fire.
"No way..." Nugget says slowly in pain. Max looked horrified and turned to the direction of his house and watched it burn "My hard... work" He said.
Jun wakes up from the explosion from Emily and stands up in the pile of burning planks. He finally puts his head up and looks around his country.
The entire town was burning. Every single building in Izuzunu. Jun's heart began hurting and beating super fast. "No way " Jun's horrified "We need Mark!" Jun forgot all about Mark.
"The Vice President!!" Jun began sprinting out of Angie's house and quickly stopped "Irene!!" Jun runs back and wakes up Irene "Are you okay!?" Jun shouted to wake her up.
Irene opens her eyes and looks around to see a horrifying view. "Come on! I need you to go get Mark! Run to the house and get him! I need to protect this town! Go! Now!" Jun commanded. Mark lives not so far from Izuzunu, but pretty far.
Irene begins running through the paths and past Moises. Irene runs through the bridges that lead to Mark's house "Gotta get Mark!" Irene shouted.
"Huh? I've never been to Mark's house, have I? No" Irene talks to herself.
Xuanyu sat on the floor horrified about what had come "I failed... I failed to protect this town"
"Jun!" Xuanyu notices Jun walking up to Moises. "How does it feel?" Jun smiles at Xuanyu.
"Jun... how could you" Xuanyu looked down "Traitor" his words murmured.
"Come on, Xuanyu... give up," Jun says. "No! I won't give up!" Then Xuanyu hears screams in the distance.
People screaming from the explosions and fires. Xuanyu is horrified. Jun was horrified, but he had to keep playing in character. "I won't give up" Xuanyu stands up and looks at Moises in the eyes "I won't!"
THE USAGI EMPIRE
"Woah... I can't believe there are more countries just like ours, but... much better" George shouted. "Yeah, the view is amazing" Mikey looks at the Usagi Empire.
"Yeah, it is" They both road in a carriage on a horse through the streets. Two women walk up to their carriage "Hey young men!" They greeted "What are you here for?"
"Damn, those ladies are hot!" George whispered out to Mikey. Mikey suddenly hits George on the chest "Shut up!"
"Yeah, we want to meet your President," Mikey says. "President? What is that?" She asked.
"What? You don't know what that is? It's like... a leader of a country" He explained.
"Ooh, the Emperor! I'll take you to him right away boys!" The second lady says.
They both hop onto the horses and begin riding. "Thank you" Mikey thanked them.
A few minutes later, they reach the emperor's house. "This is the emperor's house. We're finally here" The woman said.
"Yay!!" Mikey jumps off the carriage, but then Mikey notices George "George, what's wrong?" Mikey asked. George looks at the sky "I think... the war has started"
MISHA'S HOUSE
"Making a pun! So I can show it to them later!" Misha created a cool pun to say to the Izuzunians when he gets back. Misha smiles "Izuzunu will never fall"
IZUZUNU
"Xuanyu... this is the last day you'll live," Moises says as he points the sword to him.
Xuanyu then notices Jun's facial expression. He looks terrified.
"I have to... the plan... failed... it's all my fault.. I... I have to..." Jun quickly turns his head to Moises and holds his sword tightly "I have to kill Moises!!... NOW!!!"
