Zhou Chen and Li Guofu went to the Redwood park that the young man mentioned and found the secret signal. Then, they went to the location in the secret signal and contacted the people there.
When they arrived at the location, they realized that it was an abandoned sewers with a few poor people in ragged clothes. Not long after giving the secret signal, they saw the young man.
The young man welcomed Zhou Chen and Li Guofu. He revealed that they were going to do a large scale operation in a day. Once this operation was successful, everything would go on the right track.
