"Uh? Oh yeah. It's nothing, I have more stored away. So back to the diagram, right here you can see that the force field around the portal is…." Sion continued seriously like he wasn't just trying to distract Kiara.
"No wait, hold on Sir Sion. You have more?! You mean this isn't all?!" Kiara asked her amethyst coloured eyes dazzling in delight.
"Yes?" Sion said with a raise of his eyebrows before facing Kiara properly, "That is just a little…."
"A little?!" Kiara exclaimed. "I beg to differ Sir Sion but this is more than little!"
'I didn't know it was this easy to get her off her track. If I knew that I'd have laid diamonds on her path.' Sion chuckled as he thought.
"Do you want it?"
His question made Kiara falter in her steps.
"What? I can have it?" she asked, a gasp escaping her pouty red lips. She had never seen this many diamonds not even in her family's safe.
