The adrenaline rush of steps, bruises and fright coagulated together in a single spot, the trio of protectors running together with a struggling Miki who ran as fast as she could with a bigger Teddi on her back, horribly burned and bruised.
They had already given her a single potion, and the deep injuries caused by the porcupine-like blood parasite had already started to heal back, but at a way slower pace than Vera desired.
The Russian -likely the most affected of them- ran desperately on the front while picking up plants here and there to serve as ointment; her connection with Teddi is the deepest between them all, and she could feel... were it not for Fayette burning the blood, Teddi wouldn't have survived this hurdle.
