"Surprisingly that is actually reassuring." I commented and nodded in agreement.
"Of course it is, you are my wife after all." He similed. "And besides, you can't run your entire life. I believe you should not even take my help and face them all head on without any fear. You are you and the person I knew was not this fearful." He encouraged me.
I shook my head and dropped my gaze again.
"That person you knew hadn't experienced the real life yet, everything was so different from now, that girl has been broken, she doesn't exist anymore." I said with a low tone.
"Is that what you think? Well I'm the one who's spent time with you and observed you and I can say you have not changed a lot." He leaned closer and scanned my face.
My heart started pounding again and I stepped back a little. He should stop with all this, he keeps getting me off guard when he suddenly lean's closer.
