... Closing my eyes i took deep breaths, i had done it, i just killed my first humanoid living being but i felt nothing, absolutely nothing. No remorse, no guilt nothing just disgust. That goblin was as ugly as hell, with its short freaky limbs black eyes and red skin .
Opening my eyes i took another deep breath, then i was flooded with info.
It was large about 200cm long, a foot wide, a double edge blade with a slanted tip and a perfectly T shaped Handel. Its blade was silver and marked with thousands of tiny indescribable symbols and 8 large ones, three of which glowed faintly. Its handle was blood red and like the blade had several hundred tiny symbols all over it. It released a sinister aura as it hovered in midst of what looked like clouds. 'HEXCALIBUR'. Was its name.....falling deeper into my thoughts i was interrupted by several loud screeches. 6 of them to be precise all short and ugly, but this time they were armed all wielding several stone weapons ranging frome knifes to spears. Looking at the goblins 👺 before me i realized something, i didn't have a weapon. Well i did but it was too big and it weighed like a ton. I really didn't think i could lift that.
SCREEEECH
Pulling me out of my inner monolog was the screech of a spear wielding goblin as it came straight at me thrusting its spear at max speed but like the previous goblin i was faster, so i side stepped causing it to miss its attack and with no wasted momentum punched at its face causing it to cave in as my fist was imprinted on its face. And that... that was good night these things only had agility on their side. After offing their companion the goblins screamed in a mad rage as they charged at me like feral beasts, but now things where different. Picking up the spear i got into position...
*5 minutes later *
...."huff huff" huffing and panting my back slid down from the wall , around me laid several corpses all in pools of their own blood ..this was a lot harder than one would expect I was drenched in sweat, the stone spear I held was broken my face was blood stained and so were my clothes. But I was alive and that was all that mattered so I picked my self up , dusted my clothes or at least tried to it just got them even more bloodied. looking at my work I looked for a relatively intact weapon and Picked up a stone knife , it wasn't the sharpest of the lot but it could do the job.
Sighing I took a step forward and marched on the tunnel was as narrow as ever with its damp walls and dark spots but I moved on , my foot steps resounded and I felt like a lone soldier.
After what felt like forever but was actually 2 minutes I entered my first room in this place it was small but not too small had a stone chair a stone bed you know some basic furniture here and there and Just one figure. Boss? no couldn't be it was too early. Anyway the figure was clothed in black tattered robes , you know standard mage sh*t . but I couldn't quite see its face until it slowly turned around. It was 2 eyed red skin and about 1.2m tall with long yellow teeth!!! it was munching on what used to be something's head and brain matter dripped down its cheeks. Horrified, I was Horrified my body froze as my stomach churned. I wanted to bend over and puke out my guts but I couldn't!! . its bloodlust was too thick and all I could do was watch as it slowly raised its hands , it summoned a first bright red circle then another then another each bigger than the other and each rotating the other way . Then... then nothing all I could see was my headless body falling apart then my vision began to fade then darkness.
