Arata takes a step onto the roof of the clocktower. He waits for Theo and the other Vassal Braves to take their places.
"It's nearly time." Spiro who was with Yuuki stated.
"Spiro?" Will finds him among the many people.
"Time for what?" Andrew asked as he stared at Spiro who had a different air from usual.
"The last gear is in place." He says. "Rise, Braves of Destiny, the path before you will is now revealed."
Unable to understand what Spiro is saying, Will and the others brush it off but little did they know it was an important message for them.
"Arata, are you sure I'll be able to do this?" Ethan asked him and to this Arata smiled.
"Ethan, Don ever doubt yourself. You can do it. After all, you always manage to protect us." He says. "And if you make a mistake I'll be here to help you out. Not juste, I'm sure everyone will too. Take a look over there."
Ethan turned his head to the group of Braves now gathered at the Great Hall, it's roof was glass, it was a large room that was used often for parties, ceremonies and meetings.
"So, have some faith in yourself." With a slap to his back, Arata smiled at Ethan and reassured him. "Or have you forgotten the first promise the two of us ever made?"
"Of course I haven't." He smiled. "The two of us, will definitely be together, more than just a shield, but as a family that will always be together."
"So that you'll know that you're always loved, I'll always be by your side and I'll keep reminding you that." Arata hugs Ethan and just then pillars of light begins to shine in all directions. "It's time."
"Arata, I'm in place." Ophelia messages him telepathically.
"Ethan, everyone's in place. I'll construct the spell circle. I need you to chant the spell." Arata instructs Ethan and to this he nods.
"The stars now stretch across the distant sky." Arata and Ethan chant. "Stretch beyond the vast and endless sky, consuming the path of blood as you go."
As they chanted a spell circle began to form overhead and it began to grow and spread.
"Look! Up above!" Mao's voice was the first to point up to the skies.
"The hero's cries echo across the war, the song of the maiden is lost amidst the coldness of the night." Ophelia who stood at the school's center began to chant.
"For the one who wander the night, for the one who raised the blade of salvation, for the one who fired the arrow of hope, an offering is made." Ethan chanted.
"We seek the ones who sang their songs to the moon. A blessing of riches for a cry of wishes." Ophelia chanted. "May the blessings of hope, love and peace engulf this land further, as far as the eyes seek!"
A tower of light roses from where she stood and the tower of light pierced the spell circle.
"Ophelia's finished the spell circle. It's all left to you, Ethan." Arata tells him and he nods.
"Arata, thanks for always caring for me." Ethan's sudden words of appreciation take Arata off guard. Ethan doesn't look back at him but he then continues. "You were the first person to reach out to my heart and remind me that I'm loved. So, for you who gave me everything, I'll gladly give you my everything as well."
With these words a golden light engulfs Ethan and the last Petal emerges on Arata's hand with a shield. Ethan is dressed in a new attire as he stood before Arata. Dressed in a black shirt with a metal chest plate that is engraved with a red gem and the Crest of the Sacred Flower, Ethan smiled. He wore black pants with black silver boots, the pants had some form of armor as well. He also had shoulder pads and he was dressed in a cloak.
"I, the Guardian Shield, by the power of the Sacred Flower now order thee, Vi stretched across the skies and earth, severe your bonds and be reborn by my will." He chanted. "With the power of the Sacred Shield as your source, spread far and wide, consuming the path of creation as you go. Let the power of life fill this nation and cover this land once more. Praesidium Spei!"
A golden light engulfs the entirety of the school. The light covers every corner of the school filling it with the blessings of life.
"What is this power?" Alessia asked in amazement. "It feels so warm."
"The Last Petal has bloomed." Licht says as he stood beside Eddy and Abby. "Check your Crests."
With his word the seven Braves check their hands to see the flower is complete.
"All eight are gathered." Van smiled and just then the hear explosion. "As much as I'd love to enjoy this moment the enemy is still present. We have to move."
"That won't be necessary." Chase said as he entered the hall with the four vassals.
"More importantly, have Theo and the others returned yet?" Sakura asked.
"We're here." Theo smiled as entered the door with the other Vassal Braves. "So, is everyone ready?"
"For what?" Yuuki asked.
"We're going to supply Arata and Ethan with Vi to destroy the Chimeras. Ethan's barrier is absorbing the energy from the Aries. Now we just have to give them Vi to send it back to the enemy." Lucas explained. "So, are you all ready?"
"We are." Mayumi smiled. "We've gathered all the Braves here, is everyone ready?"
"Join hands and amplify the Vi we have." Seiji ordered them.
One by one, the students begin to join hands, the Crest of the Ancient as well as the teacher also help. As they amplify their Vi Ophelia begins to send the Vi to where Arata and Ethan are.
"Can you feel it Ethan?" Arata asked and he nodded.
"So this is everyone's Vi?" Ethan asked. "It's so warm and it feels so good."
"Focus that warm to your shield and send it straight at the enemy." Arata instructed and Ethan began doing just that.
As the Vi and emotions of the Braves swirl together, Arata for a moment tries to touch the Vi stream and all they see go black and the Braves who are connected by the Vi stream are suddenly brought before a night sky and tree of light. The ground before them is completely barren with all that seems to be sand.
