The Mechanical Emperor didn't help because he didn't need to. The clump of light within Legion-5 crashed into the inner world successfully.

Then the clump of light was devoured. The Celestial didn't even know what happened. The only thing he could tell was that his divinity disappeared as soon as it entered the inner world. He didn't see what did it.
Legion-5's body stopped spinning immediately. His consciousness relaxed too and the fluctuations of divine power disappeared. A useless staff fell out of his body to the ground.
Legion-7 said, "What did I tell you? Your body is perfect for possession."
