This makes a total of 18,648 that they get to share, so there are still 2 units left over. These 2 units won't be used by anyone. They will have to go to waste.
After deciding how to share the Authority of the Void Universe, they went ahead to sacrifice them to their Crown of Domination.
Each unit of the Authority of the Void Universe granted them a 0.1% boost to their power. It is the same measurement used in God's Domain. But unlike in God's Domain, they don't get a fixed assistance of world power of 100,000. What they get is based on how powerful they are.
