That day, tension was built between Clark and Damian.
Clark was not acting like usual and that alone made Damian think he might actually have a chance with him. But even though that kind of thought crossed his mind every time Clark did something that hinted he also liked him, Damian kept convincing himself that it was just Clark having fun and trying something new.

Damian turned his head and looked around only to see that most people who were eating there were couples.
He pressed his lips together and stared at the empty plate in front of him as he felt his heart skip a beat.
'This is confusing me,' he thought to himself as he started to get a little nervous because of the atmosphere in the restaurant. 'But I don't hate it,' he thought.
