"I did well..." Rain mumbled to himself as he stared at his empty shot glass.
Rain went to the club again to quiet his loud thoughts.
Thoughts of July kept occupying his mind and he figured it would be best to go somewhere loud rather than stay in his quiet home just to make the voices in his head even louder.
He stood from his seat and headed to the dance floor.
The music was loud and the neon lights were blinding, just what Rain needed.
Before he could even get to the heart of the dance floor, someone grabbed his arm and pulled him.
Rain wasn't entirely drunk, but he felt as though the alcohol was starting to hit him. He turned his head, a little dizzy, and saw a familiar face.
"What are you doing here?" He yelled so his voice could be heard. "I own this club. Why are you asking me that?" The other person yelled back.
Rain laughed and dragged him to the side so they could talk in a slightly quieter area.
