"I'll go back first. Go see her later! She must really want you to be here!" Bai Ran said as she opened the car door.
"It's not like she doesn't have anyone accompanying her!" Chen Chen lowered his eyes and mumbled.
"How can the company of parents compare to your company?! She wants to marry you so much. You should understand when you think about it!" Bai Ran turned around and said.
"Is that so? Maybe she just wants to marry me!" Chen Chen sneered and asked. Then, he said, "Go up first!"
"What do you mean?" Bai Ran stopped in her tracks.
"It's nothing. Go back and rest early!" Chen Chen sighed and started the car again.
"Alright then!" Bai Ran did not insist anymore and turned to walk back home. Chen Chen's words kept buzzing in her mind: "Maybe she just wants to marry me."
Did this mean that Hu Wan did not love him and only wanted to marry him? But if she did not love him, why would she want to marry him?!
