The dark elves were quite weird the bunch. While they didn't use their bodies to fight, they sure liked to fight using their magic. In their own way, they were adrenaline junkies. However, they got tense after that massive earthquake. They had good senses, so they could tell that it had been caused by magic with a single spell… Cast by a single person, it was hard to imagine how powerful such a being was supposed to be. Since Luke and the others were too far away to see anything, he assumed that such an attack had the same power as a hydrogen bomb even after going up in the sky. Shalia was quiet, and that only happens when something was troubling her, which was extremely rare. So, Luke wondered if he had missed something. Asking directly wouldn't help knowing how Shalia was usually.
