Chapter 140 - A game (2)

            At the end of that day, Luke had finished making the first layer of the walls, it was only half a meter large, and he was planning to make it twenty times larger… it would take a lot of time for him to do that. Still, he couldn't waste three weeks just doing that. He just built the foundation. The only problem was the river. He couldn't put walls near it without risking the monsters on the river attacking whenever possible… he couldn't stop the flow of the river either, since they would need that food source. In the end, it seemed that those places would need special attention... creating watch towers and putting some skilled survivors there might be a good choice, the only problem was the fact that flying monsters existed and their numbers weren't exactly small.
