She devoted her gaze back to her right, finding Princess Flora sitting by her side. "Finally, you are awake. Thank God…"
"W-...?" Confusion filled Lady Ira's mind. She didn't understand where she just survived. Why was Flora panicking and thanking God?
As Lady Ira's brain worked, she moved her head to her right. For a minute, neither did her eyes blink or shift its view. Remembering all the instances of last night haunted her badly. It gave her goosebump to feel the tight grip on her neck.
"I-I'm- n-not d-dead?" Lady Ira's whisper made Flora shake her head, "You aren't mother! You know how tense I was because of you? Who else gets out of their chamber so late and roams alone? You never listen to what I say!" Flora's concerns didn't bring any joy to Lady Ira.
