"I want to know where you both went," Maximus asks.
"We told you already," Killian said.
"I am not a fool to believe that," Maximus retorts.
"We went to meet a few council people who changed their minds and wanted to join our group," Theodore said.
Maximus didn't say anything, he glared at Theodore and Killian.
"So you both lied to me?"
"Yes, do you want me to apologize?"
"No, I don't need your apology," Maximus said.
"Thanks for showing up,"
Maximus walked away, enraged and upset.
Killian huffs, "He hates us. Why can't you tell him the truth,"?
"Don't ever give me that idea. If he can't take a side then he's no use to me," Theodore said and walked inside the house.
Since he's the crown prince and the best person in the kingdom, the king gifted him the lavish home he could find in the town. Oliver doesn't want anyone to think that he's a bad father.
