"I now pronounce you both as a husband. You may now kiss the bride," the vicar said.
Maximus smiled at Sylvia as he leaned to kiss her.
The crowd cheered for him. Theodore looked at Nina with a grin. They were the only family members present there. Killian, Jian, Joseph, and his wife were all there along with a lot of soldiers.
When he decided to marry Sylvia, he doesn't want to wait any more asking for approvals. He doesn't even send a message to his father or to anyone in his family.
He asked her to buy a new dress and he already got an expensive apron. Brought her to the shrine, called a minister and Theodore prepared the rest. He invited all the people they know and now the wedding is over.
"Congratulations," Theodore said and hugged his brother.
"This is our gift," Nina handed a key to Sylvia.
"What's this?" Maximus asks thinking it must be a house.
