Time has passed, and it's half past three in the evening. The snow is pouring and the wind is wafting in force. Theodore becomes increasingly worried about his father, only him, everyone starts to doubt. As they came out to go check on them, Gabriel came hurriedly, crying. Theodore has sent him earlier.
"Theo, we are deceived. The King is dead!"
Theodore's heart starts to beat rapidly, his eyes welled in tears to hear that.
"What are you saying?" he murmured and hurriedly got on his horse. Maximus followed him to their soldier's den where the meeting took place. Gabriel informed everyone and they all panicked. All the soldiers made their way to the den.
Nina couldn' believe the news, she and the rest of the women are advised to stay in the house. She didn't think such news would arrive and Jian got terrified because Killian was there. She wondered what might have happened to him. Gabriel said everyone was injured.
