Nina abruptly closed her sketchbook when Theodore entered the room. She didn't get up from her bed to greet him and just stared at him showing her frustration on her face.
"Nina?" he raised his eyebrows, asking for an explanation for her silence.
"Your Grace," she replied but didn't do what he expected from her, to smile like a fool forgetting what he said this morning.
"Are you not going to talk to me?" he asks.
"You made it perfectly clear that I shouldn't be involved in your matters so I did what you said," Nina answered and wrapped the shawl around her nightdress.
That hurt him a little, he watched her wondering how to strike a conversation with her, but Nina didn't give him a chance.
"You must be hungry. I will get your supper,"
"Why are you going? What about Sylvia?" He asks.
"She's not well,"
