When Oliver is getting ready for the day, one of his soldier who went to call Theodore to join the army on behalf of the king came with a news.
"What did he say? Did he agreed to come?" Oliver asks in anticipation.
"He said he can't find fight this time. He gave a reason that he wasn't feeling well," The soldier.
Oliver clenched his jaw, muttering, "He's testing my patience,"
"Ask my son to come here. He would refuse but tell him there's an important news," Oliver said.
After the soldier left, he sat on his seat waiting for Maximus. It took him ten minutes to reach there and he doesn't come inside and he stood by the door. He doesn't greet his father formally and didn't show any kind of emotion on his face.
"What can't you come inside? It's important," Oliver said.
Maximus frowns and walks in, "What is it?" he asks.
