Lila stood there like a stone, watching Faye and her husband together. She tried not to break down to know the man she married had never once cared for her feelings.
"Why are you here, Faye?" He asks.
"I came to see you and Lila," she answered.
"I haven't met her before so I wanted to get acquainted with her," Faye said. Lila thought that she was a nice woman, her smile looked genuine. Seeing Faye standing next to Sargon, Lila realizes that she's a better match to Sargon compared to her.
"How are the kids?" Sargon asks her.
"They were fine," Faye smiled.
"Are you comfortable in your room?" He asks her. He never once asked her this question. Even now he's going to stay in that wrecked home.
