Chapter 92 - The Real Question

Around 8 PM, Ace was working on an English essay that was frying his brain when he noticed something happening to his left arm. His soulmate was drawing again. A common occurrence, though the times of day and what was drawn varied.

He couldn't tell what this was supposed to be at first but quickly it became obvious. A palm tree on a beach as the sun set over the water. It was rather well drawn too. Sometimes he wondered if his soulmate was an aspiring tattoo artist.

He didn't know much about her but had more information than she did on him because she wrote on herself a lot. To-Do lists, appointment reminders, little motivational messages with smiley faces drawn next to them. Though those were usually written in someone else's handwriting. Possibly a friend's.

They had stopped a few months ago. Since then, these Sharpie drawings had become a lot more common. They used to be a lot smaller…or drawn in ballpoint pen. That came off a lot easier.
